I have finally started this which was a xmas present. Have any of you successfully (or unsuccessfully) learnt a language using this method?

hi prudie. my OH is using Rosetta Stone at the mo and seems to be doing very well

Thanks jb that sounds encouraging, keep us posted on how he gets on. Personally I'm not sure if it's going to suit me.

I didnt think it was the right one for him, but he seems to be learning quickly and its sinking in!
