Job websites

Hello

I am looking for a job in IT and have been for ages now. There are so many websites like jobserve and monster which are basically a place where agencies advertise and never respond. apart from the jobcentreplus website, does anybody know of any sites where employers advertise directly on the site? Maybe it makes no difference but i'd appreciate the advice.
