i am taking my ex- employer to a tribunal for constructive dismissal, they have put there papers(bundle) together but i noticed on one page the contract of emploment has had a sticker put on it to cover something up, then a signature wrote on top of it. who can i report this to

If it is the contract of employment, you should already have a copy. Compare it with your own.

In any event, you are entitled to full disclosure so ask for the "non redacted" contract.
