Hi all my neighbors have just had a hot tub installed close to the back of their house.

And when it’s on it makes a noise. Bubbling sound etc

On Sunday, it was a nice warm day and they were in it until 7 o’clock at night.

Is there something I can do as I cant have my window open because of the noise?

Thanks

I don't know why you expected anything different, lol!

if it is really noisy you could report it to your environmental health people at your Local Authority.
must go here Mrs-late as it is
blame it on you

Are you in the US MrsKC? I only ask bcause of the way you have spelled Neighbors - the rules about public nuisance may be different over there!

That's what I was thinking Red....

Do you also object to children playing in the garden? Which is a damn louder than a hot tub...
can I seriously ask why you cannot open your window due to the excessive noise of... bubbling water???
Really???
How noisy can it really be???
Nosha ...

You think water is not noisy?

You obviously don't live by the coast !!

=0)
i think the level of noise would not be sufficient to be considered excessive unfortuantely and as mentioned, the time is 11 oclock...
Even before 11pm something can be considered a statutory noise nuisance, but it was have to be really loud!
