Vampire or Werewolf? Decisions decisions..... Honestly, what a load of twaddle. But absolutely addictive.

reding the books, Im team Edward all the way!
Watching the films, I torn between the two!

I agree, so addictive! have you read all 4 in print?
books - jacob, films neither
Obviously I'm all man and enjoy running naked through the woods at full moon so I'm going with werewolves...
"Obviously I'm all man"

really

I had not read any until 3 weeks ago, and never had any intention of doing. But then a work colleague sent me Twilight.... read in one sitting, bought new moon & eclipse the next day - read them both. All the time reading 2 & 3, felt the whole idea was faintly ridiculous but devoured them (sorry !!) nevertheless.

I think I would have to go for jacob by book 3, therefore avoiding immortality & a very painful bite.
I haven't got a clue what you're talking about...
Well... 70%... which is slightly over half... I can't sit on the fence any longer...
i can see how that owuld be painful for you

Salla - much the same for me, bought the lot and lost a weekend reading them, on the true blood books now!
Question Author
I think I would probably prefer True Blood actually - more earthy and less teenagey? I do like a bit of rumpus pumpus in my jiggery pokey.
Oh gawd, the twilight series is aimed at teenage girls, not mature women. I find it quite creepy when adult females perve over young men such as those in the books/films.
well i can confirm there is certainly a fair amount of rumpus pumpus in the jiggery pokery
Question Author
I perve over them from the perspective of teenage Bella, not a middle-aged banana.

Question Author
ok then cara - Bella, Alice or Rosalie?

No more sexist that bobjugs earlier - with his no women allowed business.
lol daffy, when i read the book i dont read it as they are teenagers! and Edward isnt anyway.
Question Author
No - he's 117 or some such age.
true blood isn't aimed at teeenager - or i hope not.....
salla, i hope you now read Breaking Dawn! its so good and leaves you wanting to hear more, but sadly the notes for the 5th book were leaked and stephanie meyer no longer wants to finish it :(

The Host, another of her books, is also very very good
Question Author
I just don't want to read that the silly cowbag chooses to become a vampire. She's 18 For Funks Sake!!! Edward may be irresistable, but he's a s0dding vampire. Get real girl.

(Thanks - I am buying it tomorrow !) x
I usually prefer vampires (well I would, I've got the damn colouring) but lately been more in werewolves... I blame True Blood.
