Had a mortgage loan with countrywide, sold it to BOA they put my mortgage in a reserve fund and my mortgage went up over $100 without letting me know. Then I opened an online account with them and waited to receive my pass code. They sent it to the wrong address which was verified and my account was withdrawn. I called them to reimburse me and they refused and said sorry but their was nothing they can do. I immediately closed my account My question is: I want to report them but nobody knows who to report the bank to. Thank you.
