My partner and i have lived together for 16years..He bought a house 11 years ago but i was not put on the morgage although i have put money into the house...We had a minute of agreement made up by our solicitors stating that i am the beneficiary if he passes away but he also has a will stating that his son and daughter are the benificaries of the house so who is the legal beneficiary.
