Drink Drive Limit - Question Closed

There was a question on this asked on Saturday and the last reply was at 4.18 on Sunday. I wnet in to add an answer and it said "Question Closed" instead of "Post an Answer". Just to help my understanding of AB why was it closed and who by?

I was just going to add that Dzug said the limit depends on alcohol in the body, not how much as been drunk and since it is hard to tell, partlcularly next day when you may think you are clear, so this site is very helpful:

It would have been closed by the original questioner. There's a facility for doing this. No idea why this one closed it. Maybe they simply thought that they had a sufficient answer and didn't want to be bothered by any more information.
