any advice about wrongful arrest in Scotland

was arrested and detained for 6 hours. Various court appearances over a year. Individual mad efalse statement which resulted in my arrest in order to avoid arrest himself for verbally attacking me and breaching a previous undertaking with the court. He now refuses to produce any evidence which was a manufactured tape recording. He knows this will be professionally examined and probably cant risk the outcome

next I was recently court driving without a licence/insurance and my car got taken away and i also recieved a producer paper to take to my nearest police station. Will i get a criminal record for this or will it show on my CRB check?/i have no licence to produ
