I had a fight with an ex girlfriend who actually hit me approx end of April 2009. A number of weeks passed where we continued to see each other/communicate by text/phone and she invited me to her house for a long weekend during which we had sex. I finished with her due to her making threats to me on the 10 may 09 but was arrested on 11June on claims of ABH where she said I bit her face. She never reported it at the time and actually allowed me to take her child to school the morning after the alledged assault. It is her word against mine of course but I admitted that we had a physical fight where she hit me whilst we were in bed and I fell on her trying to stop her.
