when i started a nursery for my 17month old son,i signed a contract to say that if i took him out of nursery i wuld give the owner 1 months notice.the nursery has been given a temporary closure by ofsted i have hado fnd alternative care for him,if the nursery re opens wil i be obliged to send him back there and give them1 months notice ?because if i like the newnursery better i would prefer not to un settlehim again.
