I live in a cul-de-sac, have a shared drive and a delapidated garage and so park my car outside my house on the road. Am I entitled to this piece of road exclusively or can neighbours and others park outside my home?
Thanks in advance.

You have NO entitlement to park anywhere on a public road, whether it is directly outside your house or not.........sorry.
Anybody can park anywhere on the public highway provided there are no parking restrictions such as yellow lines in force.
You have no more right than me to park outside your house.
Unless the bit outside your house is a designated parking space for your house (it will be marked on the road and included in your deeds), anyone can park there.

Thanks, looks like a new garage instead of a holiday.
Well if you haven't already got one, you had better budget for a dropped kerb as well. Without one cars can still park there and block you in.
