I face the possibility of redundancy this month. I started my employment on 02 January 2 years ago. Do I qualify for the 2 year rule? I'm assuming it would be considered 2 years if 1 months notice period (I am paid monthly) is taken into consideration.

it normally stands from the date the redundancy goes ahead, ie if they have a 3 month consultation period then decide it is going ahead it should be from te date theygive after consultation period.
Was in the same boat earlier this year.
