If you take a limited company to court for money they owe you, but 16 months down the line a judge throws there case out because they defalted, judgement is ruled in your favor......what happens if they still dont pay....do you pay for baliffes to be sent in or does the judge sends them in......thanks guys

You have to pay for the bailiffs yourself. It's not automatic
