on here who were nice to me last night,unfortunatley my dad has been diagnosed with terminal lung cancer stage 4 and end stage emhysemia,he wont probaly last a week,thanx for all your kind words last night,the whole family is gutted....thank you all once again.....

So sorry to hear that stoke. Same thing took my Dad eight years ago. Hope it's as easy for you all as it can be (if you'll forgive the 'easy' part - it isn't and it can't be but I hope you know what I mean)

Stoke.... I have lost a lot of good friends and family over the past few years, so I totally understand what you are going through. My only consolation is that I was lucky enough to know those wonderful people. Make sure you treasure your Dad's last few moments here with us and make his time easy and pleasant with lots of good memories for you all.
you are so right jugglering but to see him in so much pain,gasping and hurting for each breath breaks our hearts,i know this sounds awful but i just hope he can pass away peacefully...............

The good memories will hurt at first, but you will learn to treasure them, he will be with you wherever you go, dont torture yourself with what ifs just be with him and make his remaing days as peaceful as you can x
