I have had to move to a new office where on our floor there are 3 urinals and 1 cubicle for the men. There are over 50 men sharing the office. I was told that from a Health & Safety point of view that this is wrong/illegal. Can anyone confirm or deny the accuracy of this?
Thanks in advance.

The guidelines are:

Up to 5 people - 1 toilet, 6 - 25 people - 2 toilets and then 1 extra toilet per subsequent 25 people. For men, a mixture of toilets and urinals can be provided so you have 4 for 50 people which is one more than the guidelines recommend.
Oops, just noticed that yuo say over 50 men. In that case, until you exceed 75 people when you would need 5, 4 toilets/urinals is still adequate.
