our house is being modernised and some damage has happened.we had to sign a contract that any "white" goods (fridge, cooker ect) will not be their fault if broken during moving.Luckily that happend and nothing broke but my sons triple wardrobe has collapsed when they moved it.I moved it first to where i was asked for wirering purpuses but they said it had to be moved further and did so when we were out. Also after the central heating people relocated some rads they did not fasten down the floor boards and i fell through and ended up in hospital with stretched tenndons. What can i do.
