iv been given a qoute from the case of Chichester Diocesan Fund v Simpson [1944] the quote is

'I am convinced that the time has come when modern minds imbued with modern ideas should attempt to achieve a clear, workable and comprehensive definition of what is meant by charitable'


i need to consider to what extent if any that i consider that charities act 2006 has achieved the above objectives

i was thinking to start by looking at the act before the 2006 act then after the act and comparing them together but im find it hard to find relevant case law
