A parcel was delivered to my home address about 3 weeks ago which my 18 year old daughter was asked to sign for. When I came home and looked at the parcel it had my address but not my name. The post code was incorrect and when I checked that on line there is no number that it could relate to under that postcode and no name appears in the phone book with the road address. The delivery company have not been back in touch with me. Is it up to me to do the chasing round? I do not know what the parcel contains(I actually forgot it was there for a few days(
