Ist it possible to find out about a relatives last Will?
An Uncle has recently died and I am one of eight cousins that may benifit from his will, however I am not sure how I go about finding out. The cousins are the closest living relatives to our uncle.
Originally his house was willed to my father but unfortunatley he died a week before his brother,my uncle.

Once the will has been proven it's a public document and you can buy a copy from the Probate Office.

Until then it's at the discretion of the executors and/or their solicitors. There is absolutely no reason for them not to give you a copy, but many won't.
Dzug has, as always, provided a clear and accurate answer.

As he says, a will become a public document once the grant of probate has been made. If you can't persuade the executor of the will (or his/her solicitor) to show you a copy prior to the grant being made, you can set up a 'standing search' with the Probate Registry, which means that you'll automatically be sent a copy of the will as soon as the grant is made. It only costs 5 to set up a standing search, which remains valid for up to 6 months. (If the grant of probate is not made during that period, you can renew the standing search for a further 6 months, for another 5).
