when food has stoped been served in a pub can an under 18 yr old still serve alcohol

No, because the law says they are only allowed alcohol with food
18 yr old people are allowed to serve and drink alchohol at any time,as long as the licence is in force on the premises.and its not after closing time
The law (Licensing Act 2003) states that under 18s can serve alcohol on licensed premises under the supervision of (i.e. each sale/supply specifically approved by) a "responsible person". This approval is not required when serving alcohol in conjunction with table meals.
