I'm guessing that the question is 'What's the penalty for driving with no insurance?'. If so, here's your answer:

If the matter is dealt with by a fixed penalty, the fine is �200 and the driver's licence is endorsed with 6 points.

If the matter is heard before a court, the maximum fine is �5000 and the court can endorse the licence with between 6 and 8 points. Immediate disqualification is also an option.
