My husband and I divorced last year. I want to know how I get my name of the deeds for the house as I am trying to get a part buy mortage. I wasnt aware I am still on the deeds. I have a letter from the solictors when we divoirced that I have nothing to do with my previous house. How much approx would this cost and can I do this with out a solictor?
