My other is pregnant and having the usual symptoms of feelin awful etc. She hasn't had a scan yet but due for one in 4 weeks time. Can she inform her manager in confidence now as there is a fear that she can be booted out for poor performance at work ? Does she need something to prove that she is pregnant>
