do you live with them?
plus, i'm intrigued as to how they "just take it from you"? Do they actually take the cash out of your hand, do they control your bank accounts?
If you live with them, then they are entitled to money for rent/food etc if you are working. In the uk, a good rule of thumb is that you pay abot 1/3 of your take home pay on rent
Your parents don't have the 'right' to take your money from you. But neither are your parents obliged to provide you with free accommodation, meals, - and no doubt do your laundry, go shopping, and provide electricity for your computer, stereo, etc.

Easy answer is: if you're not happy at the amount of 'dig' money yo pay your parents, move out! See how much it costs you elsewhere.
