what are the legal ages of someone to glass collect in a bar/pub? and is it ever legal for someone under the age of 18 to be behind a bar even if they are not serving alcohol????? thanks!!

I read an article about this kid doing the exam that meant he could serve alcohol in pubs. He was only about 12.
