No definitive answer to that. It depends on lots of factors.
Namely, how long you've been employed, what your track record on attendence is (not just sickness), what the company policy is, what steps you are taking to get back to work soon.

i would check your contract, if you have one. My ex employer had a clause that they could get rid of you after a certain period of time.

im am on the sick from work and my manager keeps ringing me asking me questions and want me to go to work for a meeting do i have to attend while on sick?
