i currently have 6 points on my licence for speeding, i have recieved a summons for a further speeding offence 98mph on a motorway (70mph) is it possible that i will recieve a ban or just a further 3 points. should is there any benefit in attending the court hearing or is a postal guilty plea sufficient.
