Hi guys, thanks for your opinions. Interesting mix. If it helps the situation is that I have been threatened that an (false)allegation has been made against me a week ago and heard nothing. Any ideas?
Why not Wardy? Have you had a bad experience then?
....."you do not have to say anythign, but it may harm your defence if you do not mention when questioned something youlater rely on in Court, anythign you do say may be given in eidence".

get a Solicitor tomake enquiries. A week is not very long for them to get back to you. If you do need to be interviewed - make sure you have a Solicitor. it is free.
