.... a good solicitor and / or surveyor in the London / south east London / north east Kent area?

I own and live in a property with my ex husband who I divorced some years ago. The house is in both our names. The deposit was paid by monies I received after the death of my father, and constitued a third of the original value of the house. However my ex husband contends that we are both entitled to 50%. Since our divorce, my ex husband was left two other properties by his parents. I have no interest in his other properties, but would like to have my ownership of the jointly owned house laid down formally, and want to find out if I am indeed entitled to more than 50% due to the contribution left by my father. So I need a solicitor that may be costly, but who knows his job. That also goes for a surveyor. Thank you.
