nvq level 3

Please can anybody tell me how much extra can I expect to earn after sucsessfully gaining and NVQ LEVEL 3 qualification? Is it a set amount or does it depend on your job in the first place?

I imagine it depends on your employer. Mine doesn't pay any extra for having additional qualifications.

each organisation has its own policy when I complete my level 4 in advice and guidance i should receive an extra 656.. my wages went up a bit half way through too

i'm an early years practitioner and we get more if we've got level 3. although not that much more!
