In view of the sleaze involved,how would you fund them /
Through the taxpaying voters ?

There should be no public funding for political parties - it's up to them to persuade their own members and supporters to pay up, and if there isn't enough money then they go out of business, just like in the real world.


If the government has money to spare, rather than give it to the politicians then there are plenty of causes which should be funded - lifeboats and air ambulances spring to mind


How would I fund political parties? I wouldn't fund them. Not at all. Let's have all 100% independent MPs instead.
