For what can a hosepipe be used during the ban? I hear on the BBC that one can use a hosepipe during the ban to clean a patio.

you can use a hosepipe for many things, it's just water that's restricted.

well so mutch for using a hosepipe to clean the patio! I've scrubed and scrubed that patio but all I've done is wear the nozle down!

Apparently it is also OK to fill your swimming pool!

I didn't know that the BBC got special concessions to clean their patios during hosepipe bans. I suppose Ground Force have got to clean up their mess afterwards though.

And then people have to undo all of Ground Force's work after they leave. They have to be allowed to clean up as well.
