Last year I bought a Vodafone Pay as You Go (Sharp GX25) phone. I recently started a new job and have been allowed to transfer my phone and existing number to the work network (O2). The trouble is, now my phone and number are registered with 02 but the screen shows the phone as Vodaphone and I can't download games etc. anymore.
Is there any way in which I can remove the Vodafone 'software' from the the phone?

There are ways to remove the branding, but it varies from phone to phone and can require specialised hardware. Google your phone and "unlock" and you may get some free solutions, but I suspect that you may need to pay for someone to do the job for you.
