Lost Tracking Id

About 3 weeks ago I returned a router to Talk Talk after changing provider. They provided the bag and label. I did get a receipt with a tracking number on but just cannot find it. Is there anyway that it can be traced as proof that I returned it. Apparently they will charge £50 if it is not received as this is their way of 'doing their bit for the planet'
