I've applied twice with the form and set up my DD, today I've received yet another same form to fill in, now holding on the phone, 40 minutes and counting , I'm near to saying
Okay you won't take notice of me then ***! I'll not have a licence !

I had the same but when I spoke to them they told me to ignore the letter, it was being dealt with and would take time. As long as you have proof of your first application I wouldn't bother to contact them.
i found mine easy peasy....

I don't have proof though Barry, I sent it to them....twice
emmie, it is easy peasy to apply - but they aren't processing the applications quickly enough so are sending out reminders to people who have already applied
Didn't you do it online, Bobbi?
Not really a problem or a farce.

why would you want to give the lying fake BBC money anyway utter Madness
I'm not surprised you have never bought a tv licence, pumpjack. However, I don't expect to get something for nothing and still consider it great value so I am happy to pay.
Pensioners on pension credit do get free tv licences.
When we came back from Spain I applied for a TV licence and it was a nightmare and went on for months.
I received an application form,I filled it in and returned it,then I received another..............infuriating.
Then a final one telling me that further measures were to be taken.
That was 3 years ago.
Just go to a shop with a pay point and pay it in full. That's what I do. It's not like it's loads of money.
Are you no longer living in Spain, Sqad?
