If A was to lend (not give) the money to B why would he owe it?
Surely it would depend if a contract was signed. The fact that A has recorded it only shows that sex took place.
FF . I t does not look like a loan, more like a business transaction.
//A tells B that he would give her the money if she slept with him.
"But he doesnt pay the full loan to B"

Sounds like "give" meant, "give a loan".
Corby, to me it sounds like he was willing to pay for sex.
sounds like a sexual transaction, but I think whether it's enforceable will depend where you are
Most verbal contracts are enforceable under Scots and English law. Not certain about laws in the various US states.
What does the contract state ?
"B is a woman who approaches him for a medical loan of $14,000 as her boyfriend is serious in hospital.A tells B that he would give her the money if she slept with him."

@fiction factory He was to lend it as B wants the loan for her ailing lover.But A is corrupt and willing to lend the loan if B sleeps with him.B sleeps with him but A doesn't lend her the full amount causing her lover to die.Now B takes the case to court with proofs.If she wins the case,does A according to law,have to pay money to B for the damage he caused as reparation?

@Old_Geezer The contract states that A would lend her the loan in full if B slept with him.
Then my guess is that one may be able to do something about a broken contract, but as loans have to be repaid I don't see how anything can be owing.

Legal eagles may be able to advise regarding possible immoral agreements though. May not have been legal in the first place, possibly. Might be related to sexual abuse issues or something. Just guessing.

@Dannyk13 Exactly
Maybe she should have made it clear "time is of the essence" regarding the full loan and clarified the interest rate. She also needed to clarify whether it was a loan or a gift/reward.
If he now offers to lend the remainder of the money then that might be the end of it provided she repaid with interest at the agreed time.
If it was as you think a case of paying for sex it depends perhaps on state laws -has he broken the law by paying for sex or is she guilty of prostitution.
