Can Non- Immediate Family Send Postcards To Juveniles And A Juvenile Detention Center In Georgia
I’ve had a boyfriend get thrown in ydc in georgia with no way of contacting him, I really want to be able to talk to him somehow an let him know I’m here for him. So can non immediate family send minors/juveniles post cards?
