Hi so basically I made a huge mistake and met up with a guy from tinder at his place for drinks. Everything's going well until he asks for sex bare mind I had no idea that was his intention stupid I know but anyway when I refused he started being aggressive I got really scared so I called my ex to come and get me so he comes and they both get into a fight I managed to stop it and me and my ex both leave but now the police arrested me at my home now I'm on bail for gbh apperantley the guy got head injuries and it's serious they're saying it's a joint enterprise when I didn't even do anything I'm the one who stopped it. I'm really scared and don't know what to expect. Plsss help

There is no point asking the same question over and over again.

Have you spoken to a solicitor?
so you didnt run out of the house even tho he was being aggressive but dialled up your ex boyfriend and waited aroun
who wasnt expecting the call was he ?

Yup joint enterprise fits -
and you dont need us - you need a lawyer - proper one - for whom you pay.

"... met up with a guy from tinder at his place for drinks."

So far so good.

"Everything's going well until he asks for sex bare mind I had no idea that was his intention..."

Really? Perlease!!!!

"...so I called my ex to come and get me so he comes and they both get into a fight"

Handy that he was just round the corner.

As suggested, get a solicitor. GBH (even without intent) is a serious offence and you need better advice than you can get on here.
