Hi, I was wondering if any one could explain to me how the case of Donoghue v Stevenson is a binding precedent and a persuasive precedent.

Thank you!

There are reams on this case and all that surrounds it, you'll have to go through some to get the picture you need.
danny's useful URL
has this as a ref

which is about judicial precedent

depending on the wording of the question - I mean basically the question is to sum up your recent lectures - you may need to discuss binding in terms of the H of L - HL cases need not bind HL cases

I wouldnt say it is persuasive
something like Thabo Meli would be persuasive ( privy council )
and hey look
there is a recent case on persuasion

the idea of a law essay at this level is not to post it on answerbank and c/p the answers
but to do what I have done which is look up a few cases and discuss them.....
