i still owe the provident £600 but they have not sent a gent for 18 weeks have they broke any part of there agreement or am i just hoping they have
prev Parking Fine.
  
next I Retract My Statement Made In February And Reported As "engage In Controlling/coercive Behaviour In An Intimate / Family Relationship". Can I Reopen It?

No they have not broken the agreement. Make an offer you can reasonably afford when you get in contact.
