another year on the clock. I'm starting to feel old now. My better half bought me a piece of meteorite and picture of Jupiter. She says she will stick the picture in front of the telescope objective lens when i'm getting fed up of not being able to see anything. So simple yet so thoughtful

Good morning Chris. How thoughtful of your better half.
The only scope I own is a rifle scope.
I live in the country and feral animal control is important to maintain a balance with nature.
Some evenings I see none, now I'm thinking a photo mounted at the end may help me alleviate some boredom, but could be dangerous to anything else within range.

Surely a picture of Jupiter is much more attractive than one of Uranus. Also, Mozart composed a symphony regarding the former rather than the latter:)

Also, check out that piece of meteorite and make sure that it doesn't say "Blackpool"...How do they do that?

She put a lot of time into it. She will probably switch the picture with the meteorite so it looks like it is coming hurtling towards us. She holds the sense of humour for both of does my Katherine. I'm not very good with jokes. Can you tell?
