Well that about says it all I am not allowed to eat rare meat or offal eg pate n my meds ,but is salami raw ???

I 'm sure it is a pre cooked processed meat to be eaten cold normally but sometimes can be used in hot dishes

according to Wikipedia it is only partially cooked

It's cured meat, rather than cooked - I'd count it as raw http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salami
