My landlord is selling my property, and means me and my family are once again going to be homeless. Council have told me that we have to stay until we are evicted by bailiffs to even warrant emergency housing. We have managed to secure a guarantor for another property but what i'm wondering is about my credit checks. I've paid all my rent currently on time, finished paying for my car, and have paid towards any debts i have. The last house I was evicted from for rent arrears, and have not defaulted this time, and it's nearly 3 years since we left the other property, and have been paying rent on time since September 2011. What are the chances of credit reference agency giving me a good report.

Are you sure you have to leave? I thought tenants are entitled to stay if their accomodation was sold on.
