I live in the United Kingdom and I was accused of something that I didn't do and was investigated by police no charges where ever filed against me, the police told me that there was no case to answer to but this has left me very upset , the question I would like to know is am I able to get access to whatever evidence the police had been collated against me.

If you didn't do it what evidence could there be?
the police are always investigating crimes and questioning people; it's their job. It's also their job not to get innocent people charged, and this they've done too. They may have no evidence at all.
My OH was arrested for something he didn't do. They did show him the witness statements.
Ask them.
