i have, on two occasions, written to my local cop-shop (no answer on phone) about drug taking .. and possible drug dealing in a flat in my block.

they have not responded .. not investigated .. nothing.

my opinion of police has gone down.

What a load of cobblers shoota! lol

There's a corner of co op's carpark that is used by the local druggies, who pull up in there (crap) souped up cars, exchange whatever it is they're taking, chill for a while with music blaring, cob all their McD wrappers out of the windows- then leave. This has been going on for as long as ive worked there, which is over 7...

How do you know that they have done nothing?
They may have got a good deal and been very grateful.
did you have a good opinion in the first place, i don't, or at least very little
excel, do you have any evidence of this crime ?
All intelligence will go into the pot and will be of use even if a specific operation is not mounted immediately.

Often, with information of this type, it is not acted on in order not to disrupt an existing operation.

evidence ..

peculiar smell in the stairway, strongest near their door.
frequent arrivals of rough looking people - popping in for just a few minutes - then leaving clutching little packages.

I have done the self same on a few occasions, our lot are pretty good at responding, however if it is Cannabis is rather low on their radar, but if causing nuisance then you must stress that.

Not that I recommend this course of action to anyone else, but I used to wander out into the car park and take photos of Car reg plates, traffic died off a bit thereafter lol
excel, you could give phoning crime stoppers a try.
Very brave thing to do mamya.
These circumstances are different to those you relate and I don't think you have sufficient inside knowledge to say 'cobblers'.

hello boo.

a fellow co-op employee.
if you could offer a reasonable explanation why the police, in my instance, have not even ventured anywhere near the car park, let alone, called us back, in the 7+ years ive worked there shoota, i'll happily retract my "cobblers" statement.
lol, really excel? 'Ow do- should we do the secret handshake now or later?
Other than a smell of pot and an appearance that you don't like, are they dusruptive in any other way ?

i work in distribution warehouse.

i'll send you a little gift when we next despatch your store's order.
I was commenting on the question posted and the circumstances listed therein, to which my comments are valid.
I regret I am unable to comment on questions before they are posted, I wish I could.
Therefore to dismiss my comments as cobblers on the basis of your completely different experience is not really on.
All Police forces have different operational methods and your local ones may differ from excels and from the force that I was in. It is true to say that a few yobs in a car park would come fairly far down the list of priorities just as a small flat dealing small amounts would come lower down the list than the importation of a few kilos of heroin.

answerprancer.

when they are in and out at all hours of the day and night - letting the doors slam - revving their car motors ... YES

(how do you know it's pot? .. whatever that is
