I have just received a letter giving a hospital admission date of the 25th June.
I will be contacting Social Services re my father's care for 5 days but at present they are saying I will have to pay.
My father only has about £9,000.
I have doubts on being able to resolve the liability for payment in 10 days and I may have to pay and claim the money back.
I can not leave Dad on his own in the house.
Does anybody know what are my chances of recovering the money after I come out of hospital from Social Services?.

I wasn't looking to buy one for myself but I did hope to see what they were like as they seem so popular at present among ABers

You can buy a Honda Jazz Automatic for me. The cheap ES model will do.
