I've already posted the full story a comment down but need too add I was arrested for assault and have too attend court on the charge of common law assault ( pulling hair) its my first offence but there's s problem I can't remember a thing Iam on anti depressants and have read up on it and a few people have experienced the same as me becoming voilent and having blackouts so therefor when it goes to court I can't even explain myself . It's my 1 st offence and out of character for me.

What will happen?

Really? Anti depressants are NOT tranquellisers. Ive known plenty of people who take anti depressants to have outbursts. (including myself...)
Lisa, dont worry so much. You say its your first offence so you probably havnt been to court before. Going to court can be a bit daunting the first time anyway but...

Not an excuse at all i hardly even had anything to drink this is not how I behave not in my nature the thing that scares me is I don't remember a thing like I had done sort of black out and Iam very scared

Most people are (as craft says) dopey on antidepressants, not violent. If yours make you violent, your doc needs to change your prescription.
