If I wanted to change my legal team, for a Crown court proceeds of crime act hearing, would 1. I have to give a reason and 2. would the judge have to agree?
prev i have been charged with violent disorder and am at uni my plea case is coming up i am thinkng of going to court to fight it but am not to sure if i go guilty how much its worth
  
next my solicitor is taking me to court for unpaid fees can i lose my home?
