Really bad situation happened at the bar last night. My boyfriend was arrested and now has 5 counts of assault in the first degree. Does anyone know the minimum and maximum sentence for this?

In the UK there is no such offence as "assault in the first degree" so its doubtful that many users will be able to help you.
